Indirect Bonding

Lingual orthodontic treatment is an alternative to traditional vestibular treatment, designed to satisfy patients who wish to have their teeth aligned but do not want labial brackets. An ever-growing number of patients are interested in invisible approaches to malocclusion correction.

Due to difficulties in positioning, indirect bonding techniques have been developed to transfer brackets location from a physical model by bonding trays.

The indirect bonding technique brings accuracy and clinical time saving for the orthodontists.

Indirect bonding is necessary for lingual treatments.

This technique can be used to satisfy both the requirements of lingual and vestibular appliances application.

In the laboratory we make a setups for indirect bracket positioning, and the customer gets the brackets imbedded in two layers of soft silicone material which is covered by a thermoplastic second layer.
